Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales

Shipping Charges

These are applied as per weight and vary from city to city and country to country. The minimum charges are calculated for you and are shown on the final review of your order page, before you pay for the goods. The final delivery charge will be calculated prior to the dispatch of the product(s) and if different from the charge shown on "the final review of your order" page you will be informed of the final delivery charges. During special promotions, costs and delivery times may vary. This will be displayed within the terms of the promotion.

Return & Refund Policy

At www.Arrijaal.com, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. You can always return items if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

There shall be a 10% handling charge of total price on all orders accepted for a refund. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
